PARENTAL PERMISSION

I have read the Samnorwood Independent School District Internet Acceptable Use Policy.  I understand that this access is designed for education purposes.  I also recognize that it is impossible for the District to restrict new access to controversial materials, and I will not hold the District responsible for supervision when my child's use is not in a school setting.  I understand that my child must abide by the Samnorwood Independent School District's Internet Acceptable Use Policy and district copyright guidelines.  Should he/she commit any violation, access privileges may be revoked, and disciplinary and/or appropriated legal action may be taken.  I hereby authorize access for my child.
